Asif Afridi, born on December 25, 1986, is a talented Pakistani cricketer known for his skills as a left-arm orthodox bowler and left-handed batter. He has made a name for himself in the domestic circuit, particularly playing for teams like Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and Lahore Qalandars. Afridi's impressive performance in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy earned him recognition as a leading wicket-taker for FATA in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons.

Afridi's rise to prominence continued when he was named in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's squad for the 2020-21 Pakistan Cup, where he took a five-wicket haul in the final, earning him player of the match and bowler of the tournament honors.
