 FOUR! That's flown off the edge! Starc bends his back, really digs it in hard on a length outside off, and extracts good bounce off the surface. Shadman Islam is caught in two minds, a shade late trying to drag his bat away and leave it, and the ball loops off the outside edge. The ball sails over a leaping Steve Smith at second slip before racing away to the fence. Just adds to Starc's growing frustration.

Full and around off, Shadman breaks his wrists nicely, using the bottom hand to drill it towards cover. Straight to the fielder though, no run to be had.

 Big appeal for LBW, but turned down by Dharmasena! Definitely hitting leg, but that appeared to be pitching outside leg. Australia do not challenge the on-field decision. Pitched up, landing outside leg. Shadman goes for the flick, misses it completely, and takes it flush on the front pad.

Back of a length, going down leg and staying low on bounce. Shadman Islam misses the flick and the ball clips the front pad before Carey grabs it behind the stumps.

Again, Islam misses to flick the full ball that curves into him. He plays over the line and is beaten on the inside edge. They scamper through for a leg bye as the ball rolls through backward square leg.
