Marnus Labuschagne from second slip, dives to his right, gets both hands to it, but spills the chance. It was at a catchable height as well, but he couldn't cling on.

WIDE! A loosener to start. Straight down leg, good length. Saif Hassan gets inside the line to help it away, but misses.

 FOUR! Put away! Ellis gets it to swing away from the batter, wide outside off. Saif Hassan gets on the front foot and throws his bat at it. Swings hard and slices it over backward point for a boundary.

OUT! EDGED AND TAKEN! Ellis with an instant comeback and Bangladesh's opening stand lasts just 8 balls. Nathan corrects his line and length this time around. This is full, closer to the off pole with a hint of away shape. Saif Hassan is forced to play with the angle. Tries to defend, but is squared up and that ekes out a thick outside edge that goes low to the right of the second slip. Marnus Labuschagne is watchful there, dives to his right and grabs it one-handed inches above the ground. Spectacular catch from Marnus. Not much impact from Saif and Bangladesh are 10/1.

 FOUR! Straight as an arrow! A half-volley on off, Najmul Hossain Shanto leans completely onto it and creams the straight drive, to the left of mid off for a boundary to get off the mark in style.
