OUT! CAUGHT BY BURL! Evans lands a big blow in his very first over. He slams the deck hard, short on off, and it rears up a bit, arriving at an uncomfortable height. Lhuan-dre Pretorius still goes through his shot, attempting to heave it over mid on, but shanks it off the inner half and can only offer a simple, straightforward catch to Ryan Burl at mid on. South Africa are 61/2, needing 84 runs from 85 balls.

On a nagging length, outside off, Tony de Zorzi hangs back and chops it into the off side. A wicket and just 6 runs from the last over of the restrictions.

OUT! IN THE AIR AND CAUGHT! Newman makes amends immediately and gets the reward. Bangs it very hard into the pitch, short and angling in on top of off. Jordan Hermann hops in the air to deal with the extra bounce and looks to carve it over point but the ball bobbles off the higher portion of the bat and lobs to the right of extra cover. Wessly Madhevere keeps his eyes locke on the ball as he runs to his right and takes a fine running catch. South Africa's opening partnership lasts 32 runs. They need 103 runs to win.

SIX! No sighters needed! Back of a length, outside off, Dewald Brevis pounces on the width offered and hammers it with a flat-batted angle, dumping it over the long off fence. Brevis starts from where left off in the previous game.

Lhuan-dre Pretorius takes the charge from the other end, but Brad Evans dives forward and underarms the throw to the bowling end. A chance floats down in the deep! Full and wide outside off, and Pretorius shuffles across his stumps to launch this one high, sending it toward Burl's right at long off.
