Rovman Powell throws his hands at it but ends up slicing it over the cover region. Wanindu Hasaranga runs back and takes a fine catch under pressure. Powell's blitz ends and West Indies now need 36 runs off 18 balls.

A dot to end a fine spell from Wanindu Hasaranga. Flatter one angled across off, Rutherford hangs back and cuts it down to backward point. Hasaranga finishes with figures of 4-0-17-2.

Malinga rolls his fingers over the ball and darts it full and wide of off stump. Rovman Powell goes hard at it but gets an inside edge down to deep backward square leg for a single.

A yorker, just outside off, Rutherford looks to squeeze it away but the ball sneaks under the willow.

DROPPED! Oh, what have you done, Eshan Malinga? You bowl three perfect yorkers, then follow it up with a fine bumper, but you fumble such an easy catch? This could be a costly miss. A quick bumper over middle, rushes the batter. Rutherford looks to pull but miscues it badly. The bowler moves to his left but spills it and the batters get a single.

Full and straight, jammed down to long on for a single.

FOUR! Full and sliding into the pads, Rovman leans forward and tickles it down to fine leg for a welcome boundary.

Floated up again, this time a bit straighter, Rutherford leans on and pushes it back down the pitch.

Good length, turning it into the pads. Powell rocks back and fails to get it away. The ball goes off the pads to short fine leg and they get a leg bye.

Length again, in the channel, dabbed away late and down to short third. Just 2 off the over.

A better throw and Sherfane Rutherford could have been in trouble. Full and around off, Rutherford lunges and pushes it to the right of cover, taking off for the single but Powell rightly sends him back.

On middle and leg, worked away in front of mid-wicket for a single.

SIX! Fighting fire with fire. Just short of a length, Rovman Powell waits back on it and powers the pull flat towards deep mid-wicket for a boundary.

Quicker through the air, full and flat outside off. Rovman goes on the back foot and edges it down to short third.

Floated up on the stumps, Powell comes forward and pushes it to mid on. The batters think about the single but decide against it.

OUT! CAUGHT! Straight to the man in the deep and that's a huge wicket in the context of this game as Shimron Hetmyer throws it away. Wanindu Hasaranga tosses the ball up slower and fuller around off. Hetmyer leans ahead and looks to smack it flat down the ground but ends up snatching it down to long off, where Dushmantha Chameera takes a simple catch. West Indies are now 53/4.

Another huge appeal for LBW, but turned down by the umpire. After a long discussion between Wanindu Hasaranga and Mendis, they chose not to take the review. A touch shorter, angling in, around leg. Rovman Powell rocks on his back foot and looks to push it to cover, but misses on the inside edge and hits the back pad. The replay shows that it just might miss the leg stump.

Short, at the stumps, Rovman Powell mistimes his pull to short mid-wicket fielder. Rutherford sets off early to take a single but is sent back by the striker. The fielder picks up the ball and scores a direct hit at the bowler's end. The replay shows that Rutherford is well inside the crease.

Full, on middle, Sherfane Rutherford looks to defend it on his front foot, but inner edges it to backward sqaure leg for one.

Carrom ball, a touch fuller in length, pitching it outside leg. Ackeem Auguste looks to flick it from his back foot but misses and wears on his pad.

Full-length delivery, around off, Ackeem Auguste gets on his front foot and drives it to the right of the bowler.

OUT! TIMBER! Another one bites the dust and again it is a batter getting bowled. Maheesh Theekshana smartly slows it up and lands it fuller on leg stump. Ackeem Auguste is drawn forward but he is beaten in flight and the ball turns away to smash into the off stump.

Pitches it up, does Theekshana, just outside off. Rovman Powell lunges halfway and blocks it down. 

Oh, is it a dropped chance? No, but it misses the outside edge by a whisker. A tad fuller with a carrom ball, outside off, Rovman Powell rocks back and looks to defend, but just gets beaten on the outside edge, before Kusal Mendis wobbles it away.

Full, outside off, Romario Shepherd clips it to mid-wicket from his front foot. A maiden wicket for Maheesh Theekshana!

Pitches it up, on middle, Shimron Hetmyer clips it to square leg for one.

OUT! TIMBER! For the second time in three matches, Wanindu Hasaranga cleans up Brandon King and Windies lose a wicket against the run of play here. Hasaranga bowls a fuller googly on off stump, King has a big swipe across the line but ends up getting beaten all ends up. The ball turns back into middle stump and King has to walk back. 

Oh, that just missed the stump, and Hasaranga cannot believe it. Also, it's a missed stumping as well. Another googly, just outside off. Ackeem Auguste gets on his front foot to flick it across the line, but loses his balance and falls on his front foot and gets beaten on the outside edge. Kusal Mendis couldn't read it as well and failed to glove it. 

Pitches it up, outside off, Ackeem Auguste tries to block it but gets beaten on the outside edge yet again.

An appeal for LBW, turned down. Wanindu Hasaranga and Kusal Mendis have a discussion and the review is taken. This is bowled from around the wicket, floated up on a nagging length and outside off. It is the leg break to which Ackeem Auguste leans on to flick but misses and wears it on the pads. Nothing on UltraEdge and Ball Tracking shows the stumps as missing and that's a review lost for Sri Lanka. It stays Not Out.

FOUR! Hettie is on the charge now! Short and at the batter, Shimron Hetmyer stands tall and nails the pull well in front of mid-wicketfor another boundary.

Pitched fuller this time on leg, worked away down to long on for a single.

Slower one, full and wide outside off. King looks to cover drive but gets an inside edge back onto his body. 134 needed now off 90 balls.

Hard length around leg, at over 139 clicks. Hetmyer fails to get it away and the ball goes off the thigh pad to the off side. The batters jog across for the leg bye.

WIDE! The attempted slower ball, comes out wrong and is sprayed full and down the leg side.

Half an appeal for LBW, nothing more. Chameera gets the leg cutter spot-on this time. Pitching it a bit full on middle and leg, and Brandon King plays all around it. The ball goes off the pads into the off side and it will be another leg bye. King is now on 6 off 13 balls.

Good change-up again from Chameera. A quick bumper over middle, flying in around head height. Shimron Hetmyer looks to take it on but is beaten for pace and bounce.

Change of pace again, and the batters just can't pick it up. Slower one, pitched fuller around off. Hetmyer gets low to wallop it leg side but is well beaten.

FOUR! Finally, Shimron Hetmyer gets one away. Overpitched around off, Hetmyer gets forward and punches it hard into the turf, and past the bowler, into the long on fence for a much-needed boundary.

WIDE! Well, that's some cry of anguish from Hetmyer, and he feels he should have put it away. Slower one, full and down the leg side. Hetmyer gets on one knee, and swings hard atit, but fails to connect.

SIX! The extra delivery costs Chameera dearly and Hetmyer is up and running now. Another cutter, on a length and just a bit too straight. Hetmyer gets inside the line of the ball and helps it handsomely over long leg for a biggie, the first one of the chase.

Short and wide, there to be hit. Brandon King misses out as he taps it down in front of covers.

Lovely bowling. Slower and a bit fuller, around off, turns a bit as well. King opens the bat face and angles it behind point.

King is just unable to find the gaps right now. Fractionally short again and outside off, hit aay straight to cover.

Dunith sees King backing away and follows him with a flatter one. The ball stays low as King drags it wide of mid on for a single.

Good length on leg, swung away firmly but straight to deep mid-wicket for just another single by Hetmyer. West Indies are 10/1 after 3 overs.

Good-length delivery over middle, hit away off the inside half of the blade and through mid-wicket for a run.

Crunched but the fielder gets a good hand on it. Hard length outside off, sliding on. King stands tall and smacks it down in front of point where Kamindu Mendis lets it through the hands and the batters pick up a couple of runs.

Fuller than a good length, over 140 clicks, on middle. Hetmyer with a short-arm jab, but straight to mid-wicket.

A very low full toss, angled into the leg pole. King backs away a fair bit and jams it between mid off and extra cover for one more.

OUT! TIMBER! What a massive wicket and the silence across the ground says it all. Dunith Wellalage keeps the length full and around off, floats it up and gets the ball to dart back in sharply off the deck. Shai Hope rocks back to a full ball and tries to cut but the ball slides on quickly and crashes into the stumps. Wellalage can do no wrong at the moment and he sends the Windies skipper packing for a golden duck.
