OUT! EDGED AND GONE​​! Newman Nyamhuri cannot do anything wrong today. Scored precious runs with the bat, and now has his second wicket. He bowls it full and wide outside off. Mosaddek Hossain is invited to play at it, and he goes chasing the wide ball, trying to drive away from his body. He was better off leaving that one, but goes after it and gets a faint edge behind to the keeper. A gentle appeal is all that was required for the umpire to raise his finger. This is a solid fightback from the Chevrons. Bangladesh are 74/5, needing 68 more.

A bit shorter now, darted across the right-hander, Mosaddek Hossain lets it go.

Just back of a length, lands it wide outside off, angling it in. Hossain gets across and punches it out to cover.

The call is for two, and they get it with ease. Shorter than the last one, around off, Hossain punches it past point and to the left of the cover fielder, who chases it down and keeps it down to two runs.

Oh, just safe! A well-directed bumper from Richard Ngarava, over middle stump. Mosaddek Hossain looks to take it on but gets hurried and miscues it badly. Luckily for him, the ball lands beyond the reach of the mid-wicket fielder, who was scampering to his right. Single taken.

FOUR! That's well controlled. Dug in short again, outside off. Towhid Hridoy gets across and hops up, getting on top of the bounce and pulling it well in front of square leg for a boundary.

Early call for two, and they get it with ease. Good length outside off, Hridoy strides in and punches it wide of sweeper cover for a brace.

Short of a length, around off, and really dug into the pitch. Hridoy hops up to counter the extra bounce and keeps it down.

OUT! CAUGHT! Ben Curran manages to hold on and that's a big wicket for Zimbabwe. Newman Nyamhuri bashes the ball on a shorter length again and bowls it outside off. Towhid Hridoy chases after the width and ends up slashing it flat and down to deep third. Ben Curran misjudges the flight and then has to rush in, and flings himself towards the ball and manages to cling on to his left. Hridoy throws his wicket away, and Bangladesh are 66/4, needing 76 runs more.

A bit of hesitation out in the middle yet again. Full-pitched delivery outside off, Mosaddek Hossain leans on and pushes it to the left of cover and looks for the single but Nurul Hasan sends him back. There's a misfield but the chance to get a single is gone.

WIDE! Back of a length, angled down the leg side, andHridoy misses his flick.

Back of a length again, this time over middle, Hridoy hops back and tucks it down to mid-wicket.

Good length on off, sticks in the pitch a bit and bounces extra. Hridoy manages to keep it down.

Short of a good length, a bit straighter as well. Hridoy hops inside the line and nudges it to the eg side, looking for a run but the bowler is quick to get to it.

Good-length delivery, slanting into the pads, worked away around the corner on the leg side for a single.

A touch fuller, pushed into the pads. Hasan looks to flick but plays all around it and gets hit on the pads, right around the left knee.

Another half-hearted appeal for caught behind, but the umpire isn't interested. On a good length, in the channel and seaming away. Nurul Hasan hangs back to cut but is beaten past the outside edge.

Better communication, and that's good running. Back of a length, around off, Hridoy gets on his toes and dabs it down in front of covers, pinching a quick single.

Nurul Hasan is caught ball-watching again, and could have been run out here. A skiddy bumper from Newman Nyamhuri, Hasan looks to pull but gets it off the gloves and it lobs up around leg gully. The ball lands safely and Hridoy calls Hasan for a single. Hasan responds late and the keeper Clive Madande does well to quickly get to it and fire a throw at the bowler's end. Hasan dives in and gets hit on the back, and the umpire doesn't deem it as an obstruction because he didn't change his line.

So much hesitation between the batters and Towhid Hridoy is once again not happy with Nurul Hasan. Fullish length on middle, dabbed away to the right of the fielder in front of square leg, and eventually, they do scamper through for the single.

Hard length now, tucked down behind square leg for an easy single this time.

FOUR LEG BYES! Evans strays down leg, bowling it full as well. Hridoy looks to flick but the ball beats the inside edge and brushes the pad, before rolling past the keeper and into the fine leg fence.

A bit too straight again from Brad, around the hips and worked away to the left of deep backward square leg for a couple of easy runs.

Another one that is drifted into the pads, on a good length and Hridoy dabs it down to the right of the deep backward square leg fielder this time for a brace. 50 up for Bangladesh.

A loud shout of 'No' from Towhid Hridoy. Pitched full around off, Hridoy leans on and drives it to mid off. Hasan sets off for the single but the short extra cover fielder seems to be getting across quickly and Hridoy sends his partner back.

 Hridoy pushes for the third and does get it. Dug in a bit shorter and outside off, Towhid Hridoy goes after it and smacks it over the cover region, picking up three runs in the deep.

Top delivery! Pitched up a bit fuller and on off, the ball starts to angle away but holds its line a bit. Nurul Hasan puts in a defensive block, but the ball whizzes past the gloves.

WIDE! Pitched up around middle, the ball darts a long way down the leg side. Clive Madande dives to his left and makes  good stop.

Full again, on the pads as well, tucked away neatly through mid-wicket for a couple of handy runs.

Fuller one outside off, seams away beautifully. Hridoy gets a stride across and then shoulders arms.

Hard length on off, Hridoy taps it in front of covers and looks for the quick single. Nurul Hasan responds but Hridoy quickly sends him back as he sees the fielder pouncing on the ball.

Immaculate length from Muzarabani, just a bit too high, though. Fullish length around off, seams back in. Hridoy leans on to block but the ball misses the inside edge and hits the batter high on the pads.

Finally, a run and Hridoy is able to get off strike. Good length over off and middle, pushed in front of mid on for a run.

A bit of excitement again from behind the stumps for a catch, but that's missed the outside edge comfortably. Good length, shaping away from the fifth stump line. Nurul Hasan gets across and has a feel for it but is beaten past the outside edge.

Oh, a lovely outswinger to end the over, a maiden as well. Pitched fuller and outside off, Towhid Hridoy is drawn across to drive, but the ball seams away and beats the outside edge. There's an enquiry for caught behind, but the umpire shakes his head.

 Beaten! For the umpteenth time today, the ball has almost trimmed the outside edge. Outside off, on a hard length, Nurul Hasan flays at it, only to miss due to extra bounce.

Soumya Sarkar hops on the toes, climbs on the bounce and tries to carve it over deep backward point, but gets the timing all wrong. Slices it towards Newman Nyamhuri at deep backward point, who grabs it without any fuss. Bangladesh are in trouble now, at 17/3, needing 125 more.

 BEATEN! Hits the back of a length, angling across the stumps, Towhid Hridoy pokes at it, trying to block it off the back foot but the ball folds away and zips past the outside edge.

Just out of reach! Pitched on a good length, outside off, angling away. Najmul Hossain Shanto pokes at it tentatively and gets a thick outside edge. Luckily for him, the ball goes wide of Craig Ervine at second slip, to his left, beating his diving attempt and rolls to deep third. It is hauled nicely by the deep backward point fielder and saves two runs.

Slices it uppishly towards deep third where Ben Curran takes a simple catch with a reverse cup. Just the start Zimbabwe were looking for. Bangladesh are 17/2, needing 125 runs.

 Beats the bat! In and around off, on a good length, straightening off the pitch. Towhid Hridoy looks to defend off the back foot but the ball leaves him and whistles past the outside edge.

 Just over! Swings away from the left-hander, full and around off. Soumya Sarkar gets on the front foot, looks to drive inside out over cover, but mistimes it off the toe end. Manages to clear mid off. Blessing Muzarabani tracks it back and stops it before the ropes. Two taken.

Slot full on off, Soumya Sarkar drills it back to the bowler. Ngarava stops it with his right hand, bending low on the follow-through.

Back of a length, outside off. Soumya Sarkar hops back and cuts it to the right of backward point. Wessly Madhevere dives to his right, makes a half-stop but the ball stays around him. Surely, he saves a few runs for his team.

 FOUR! A shot of authority! Short and outside off. Tanzid gets the ball at a comfortable height. He stands tall and whacks it towards deep mid-wicket. One bounce and into the ropes.

Much better from Blessing! Length-delivery, in the channel. Tanzid Hasan tries to play at it, but just resists his temptation and drags the bat inside the line to leave.

Fullish length, around middle and off, shaping in. Tanzid misses the flick and is hit on the front thigh pad.

OUT! SPECTACULAR CATCH! Blessing Muzarabani draws first blood, but the credit goes to Nyamhuri for a superb catch. Muzarabani bowls it into the pitch, short on the leg stump line. Tanzid stays put and gets under it, pulling it towards deep backward square leg. Newman Nyamhuri comes charging across the ropes to his right from long leg. He leaps a bit to pluck the ball, but realising that the running momentum is taking him over the ropes, he lobs the ball before and comes back in to complete the catch in the second attempt. The umpires have sent it upstairs for a review, and it is deemed a clean effort. Bangladesh are 11/1, chasing 142.
