इस Sports Tak एपिसोड में Gary Kirsten के Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) पर बड़े खुलासे पर चर्चा की गई है। 2011 World Cup के विजेता coach Gary Kirsten ने Pakistan cricket में toxic work culture का खुलासा किया है। उन्होंने बताया कि PCB में coaching के दौरान भारी दखलंदाजी होती थी। Gary Kirsten ने कहा 'The thing that surprised me probably more than anything was the level of interference' और 'I don't think I have even seen it that level before'. उन्होंने यह भी कहा 'It's quite difficult for a coach to come in and formulate a way to work with players when there is just a constant noise from the outside'. Gary Kirsten का छह महीने का कार्यकाल बेहद चुनौतीपूर्ण रहा। उन्होंने कहा कि team के खराब performance के लिए हमेशा coach को निशाना बनाया जाता है। Mohsin Naqvi की chairmanship में काम करना मुश्किल था। इससे पहले Jason Gillespie ने भी PCB पर सवाल उठाए थे। अब Gary Kirsten श्रीलंका team के head coach बन चुके हैं।
