BCCI के Center of Excellence बेंगलुरु में हरभजन सिंह ने युवा off-spinners के लिए एक खास session का आयोजन किया। इस session में high performance monitoring group और emerging off-spinners शामिल थे। हरभजन सिंह ने इन युवा खिलाड़ियों को technical और tactical knowledge दी और match situations में upgrade होने के तरीके बताए। यह BCCI और VVS Laxman का initiative है, जिसके तहत पहले Zaheer Khan भी आ चुके हैं। BCCI ने अपने social media पर लिखा कि sessions में simulating scenarios और conditions के माध्यम से विभिन्न पहलुओं पर legend से perspectives मिले। तनुष कोटियान और हिमांशु सिंह जैसे players भी मौजूद थे। हरभजन सिंह के 700 से अधिक international wickets हैं और उनका experience युवा off-spinners के लिए बेहद लाभदायक होगा। Ravichandran Ashwin के बाद India को skilled off-spinner की तलाश है और यह initiative Indian cricket के भविष्य के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है।
